Thu 19 Feb Diet

Breakfast:
Mayo Tuna
Slice of Bread

Lunch:
Soya Milk
4 Glutinous Riceballs with peanuts
Soya Beancurd
1 chocolate muffin

Dinner:
Fillet O Fish
Large Fries
Coke Light

OMG. Fast food... something I tried to avoid.
