Mon 16 Feb Diet

Breakfast:
Tuna sandwich (hate the brine)
Soy Bean milk

Lunch:
Rice w/
3 vegs

Dinner:
Rice with chicken and cheese
Ice kachang w/ durian
ginko nut and longan

dinner was quite late, and I was too hungry. must... control.... or a light bite because of evening activity....
