- Saturday Strength Building:
- Lats Pulldown (Upper Back)
- Dumbbell Row (Middle Back)
- Chest Presses (Chest)
- Squats (Upper Leg)
- Duration: 3 sets of 8-12 reps, rest time: 30-60 secs
