Yes, without a doubt, the weight loss plan is on hold, but I swear I will lose the kilos.
Currently, I'm at 98kg. People might think it is good, but if it was the fat that is taking place of my muscles? it's been two weeks, since I've went to the gym, and the fact that I went for a knee recon op, has ensured that my right leg muscles are weak beyond disbelief.
Maybe I'll go to the gym to exercise if it's within my budget, but as of now, until I meet my doc on the 22nd, no exercise.
Diet wise, I've got the time to actually have small meals every two hours, which is actually good. And the fact that each meal is just a dumpling... Okay, dumplings are fatty, but i hope it won't go out of hand...
