Muscle Atropy

Gah... man... I can't believe it....

Hwei Yong lost at least 30 kg in the 26 week morbid obese BMT course. Heard from Peter that he lost from 150 plus to 130+kg... now that's scary... in scary long 26 weeks he actually went through so much...

I wonder if I could do the same...

In other news.... I really got the feeling that my body's fat to muscle ratio, and my fat is getting the upper hand... but the weight is going down.... to between 96 and 98kg....

Maybe it's the lying in bed too much and much inactivity perhaps? Like astronauts living too long in space and losing muscle mass just like that...

Must hope to go gym immediately when I go back camp.... but.... haha... the chao keng king me wants to have as long MC as possible....heh heh.....

God please give me long MC ah!!!!!

Current Status

Yes, without a doubt, the weight loss plan is on hold, but I swear I will lose the kilos.

Currently, I'm at 98kg. People might think it is good, but if it was the fat that is taking place of my muscles? it's been two weeks, since I've went to the gym, and the fact that I went for a knee recon op, has ensured that my right leg muscles are weak beyond disbelief.

Maybe I'll go to the gym to exercise if it's within my budget, but as of now, until I meet my doc on the 22nd, no exercise.

Diet wise, I've got the time to actually have small meals every two hours, which is actually good. And the fact that each meal is just a dumpling... Okay, dumplings are fatty, but i hope it won't go out of hand...
