Standing at a heavy 104 kilograms, I present to you....

With an operation due in the next month, will he lose the target of 1 kg per week?

Change of plans:

Finally got to jog without any throbbing pain.

Made it a daily morning routine for the weekdays and gym when I book out on weekends.

Did some stuff I've never done b4, like the dead lift, which really gave a kick to my back and hamstrings coupled with the squats.

Now I'm trying to commit to the unit evening jog, which is held on every mon,wed,fri.

Diet wise, I've cut back on carbohydrates and try to get stomach full through lots of veggies and some fruits.

Will I lose 1 kg a week?
