No t Dead yet...

My weight's now at 98 kg....

no prizes for guessing why.....

anyway, my friends said that going outfield, which is, living in the forest, with nothing but biscuits to eat, confirm will lose weight one....

that's just crazy.

it's like starving yourself.

sorry for my lack of enthusiasium, but I'm losing my motivation to blog.... too tired...

So I got myself to write up a new schedule again....

HST training.... one look at it... and I can conclude, that it is suitable for people who can calculate a lot of stuff, and thus have free time.

I'm thinking on concentrating on body parts each day, one day after the next, and aerobic activity on monday, wednesdays and fridays. if time and space do not commit, like when I'm on duty, I can skip.... and it's really effective. other than that, the other solutions seem to be jogging and stair climbing.....

I need more varieties of aerobics activities....
