Weight Increase Forecast to 105kg
Yes. Food and no exercise makes Clarence a fat guy. Will start regime ASAP upon reaching singapore.

Hopeless.
In the span of a month, July 2006.
I drove and drove. Did duties for other people. Ignored exercising, ate more stuff from canteens with $$ from doing duties.
Increased weight.
Now at 102kg on my scale.
that's up from 95kg the last time
I guess I really need to exercise in order to get my weight down.
Did a variety of exercises, like stair-climbing, walking, cycling, and ultimate frisbee.
Not doing much help with the beer and food flowing around....
must control diet, but I guess it's really impossible.
Going to taiwan today.
Weight is at 102kg.
Driving only, and exercise? ha! Drivers break down to peer pressure not to exercise.
And taiwan is also famous for its food.
oh dear... I pray my weight doesn't go up again.
Must exercise in silence.

No t Dead yet...
My weight's now at 98 kg....
no prizes for guessing why.....
anyway, my friends said that going outfield, which is, living in the forest, with nothing but biscuits to eat, confirm will lose weight one....
that's just crazy.
it's like starving yourself.
sorry for my lack of enthusiasium, but I'm losing my motivation to blog.... too tired...
So I got myself to write up a new schedule again....
HST training.... one look at it... and I can conclude, that it is suitable for people who can calculate a lot of stuff, and thus have free time.
I'm thinking on concentrating on body parts each day, one day after the next, and aerobic activity on monday, wednesdays and fridays. if time and space do not commit, like when I'm on duty, I can skip.... and it's really effective. other than that, the other solutions seem to be jogging and stair climbing.....
I need more varieties of aerobics activities....

Grandma is Here...
...So are the munchies...
Every morning she goes for a walk... and comes back with a bunch of munchies for breakfast...
She assumes that most of us haven't got breakfast, and gets breakfast... for us....
Let's see what's on the menu today.
10 mini sponge cakes...
1 donut
2 curry puffs...
The principle of not wasting food in teh family stays.... But no way I'm eating all of that.... besides... I took a curry puff already... whoops...

Fat Fat Fat
I need to exercise.
I can't.
I need to control my eating...
My threshold for food moderation is now at an all time low.
I feel fat... as in the feeling that I have not much muscles in me since the last time I went to a gym.
guh...... Losing Weight is definitely on hold for the moment.

Binging Crazy
Went on romping on famous places to eat local dishes....
Moderation (Which I didn't do)... and exercise (that too... didn't do)!
oh well.......
I find out that my gums bleed easily when I was on Atkins.... guess there's lack of nutrition when you're eating meat only...
then recently the habit of drinking water... kind of died.... hahah I just dunno why...
Guess the relaxing of getting a seeming ideal weight, the lack of time to exercise recently is taking its toll....
My stomach's feeling bloated...
Gah... I dun feeling like blogging now... kind of shitty...

Break
Today I'm going to my friend's wedding dinner....
Oh well...
Time to break from the Atkin's diet...
Weight has dropped to 93 AGAIN, but I wonder if it will get back again like last time's post-Atkins....
and... i saw on the newspaper... O_O
I knew he lost 19.1kg... but now his weight is at 90 kg??!! OMG... T_T
