Update...

Yes, I know it's been a while, but finally I've mustered up my courage, and ended up with this post.

I'm happy with the figure I have right now.

But I also know I can go further than this.

My Judo Kaki, Merryvn proved me this.

Then he got a girlfriend. But he got dumped a year later.

Then he BALLOONED. back to his old weight, 110kg.

After 6 months of struggling, he woke up to his idea, and went on a strict diet and regime. He got down to 80 kg, and went on to SISPEC (A military school for fit people).

I'm really proud of him, who won't?

What about me..?

I'm pretty much standing at the same weight, 94-96 kg... but something feels different from before.

I finally can fit easier into my 36 inch jeans than the first time I did (and ranted all about it here).

I can seem to wear shirts snugly, when they would hug me tightly around that time too.

I can also use my old belt, which was unwearable... up until now..

Maybe Weiliang is right... I'm really gaining muscle mass from the gym, and losing out the fats with the aerobic exercises on alternate days.

Ok... on the weekly updates!

I've been practising the Hypertropy-Specifics Gym Training (an interesting theory of harvesting muscle cells effectively with the same weights in the gym....) over the past 7 weeks (well, at least 7, because my schedule is always hampered by procastination and field camp details...), and a variety of aerobic exercises. If possible, it would alway be alternate sprinting and jogging, skipping, and swimming (please don't imagine me in triangle trunks, thank you). Does anyone have any other light cardio exercise to recommend me? thanks...

Every week, I would leave a day out for not exercising (and that's usually friday, my book out day), and a day or two for not dieting (yes, I can go on snacks during this time).

3 more gym exercises, and I can go for 9-14 days of full fledge aerobics!

I really happy with my weight now... but I'm really working for that 80kg target... wish me luck!
