can't jog......

it's raining.

but to jog again this evening....

i feel that i may waste time slacking at night....

unbelievable isn't it?

that i've become a slacker in exercise...

Yes the weight is down!

Finally my weight is down to 103kg last morning. Well, at least it shows that my plan is currently working again. Or is it...

I suppose my daily jogging of 20-30 minutes in the morning is not really enough. Although there is the afternoon run/games by my unit on mondays, wednesdays and fridays, I feel it is really not enough to keep my calorie deficit high enough to lose weight. And there is the weekly indulgence thingy. Oh well......

I have decided to go to the gym on tuesdays and thursdays and saturdays. This way my daily lifestyle will be more active, especially so when I have become a clerk instead of a driver.

If the weight loss pleateau happens again, I might have to change my 3 meals a day of protein, high veg, and no carbo, to 6 small meals of portions just enought to fill my stomach.

Also, there is the fact that my morning jogs are getting more and more boring. With every day, my heart hopes for a later morning to wake up to. I'm really can't help thinking my lethargic body is making me give up sooner than I thought.

Discipline, is really getting harder to conquer now.
