Well, I just moved into my new place at Sembawang camp. New place, new rules, new restictions. Previously my priority was weight loss, when I had nothing to lose, with me doing the usual saikang that rarely needs any concentration.
Now I'm on the way to be a driver. I wake up at 5am, eat a meal, get to another camp to study driving, and do driving practicals on the roads, then we go back to the old camp to get pep-talked by staff sgts and Warrant Officers. By which, the time reaches 9pm, with things needed to be done like showering, doing homework.
That leaves me with the time of 7 hours of sleep... one hour short of my 8!
Ok, I managed to find a gym, and I could just walk my way about the camp, but time is really not on my hands. The gym looks seriously torn down: the free weights are disapointing with lack of safety fixtures and barbells that look ready to break into two. But the machines are great, yeah. Other than another two broken down bikes, I guess the place's pretty ok.
For now, I'll hold my weight loss plan. But I shall continue on my weights lifting, and alternate it with aerobic exercises each day.
Oh, I realised my weight increased to 104kg again. must be the nightsnacks that I've never eaten in such a long time.
Or is it the canteens that sell only nasi lemak, no veg, and all fried food?
Or the meals that have 3 servings of meat and 1 serving of veg, and 1 serving of fruit?
Hmm...... For now, I'll suspend my weight loss plan, just eat whatever my camp gives me, yeah that's about it.

Week 5 Summary
I've successfully increased my weights... By a bit of course. 2.5kg to the bench press, biceps curls, and 10kg to the lats and rowing machine.
Weight now is still the same. Yeah. Still the same.
It's been a while, but I think my body is taking a little shape. Yeah, it's unnoticable if people look from afar, but for me, when I stare myself in the mirror, the muscles are beginning to take a little bit of shape. Woo I'm a self-admirer...
And the legendary "Wow my pants feel looser" checkup. Yeah, the new Hang Ten jeans I bought when I realised I could wear it (Yes! finally their size 38 fits me!), is really getting a bit looser. But could it be due to the fact regular wearing will make the clothing expand?
Hmm....
Then I've finally got my driving course slated for me, starting next monday. New camp, new routines. Meaning, no gym (I don't really think there's time to get into one, or at worst, find one.) , no more twice daily walks (I fall in at 0500hrs and get some time from 2000hrs - 2200 hrs.) .
How can I fall to 95 kg by april?
Haiz....

Shit...
Shit came out of the hole, boy it was hot.... i could feel the surplus flowing through my rectum in a solidus state.
But the human body is great: it stores excess calories of fuels into fat, just in case I get caught in a famine or something like that.
And I've got this tingly feeling that I'm got a increase in my weight this week...
